Refunds & Exchanges

We offer returns & exchanges for items that were purchased within 30 days.  If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us via email first at sales@ausboots.com.au to get the return approved. In the email, please provide your order information and return/exchange request. The item/s you wish to return must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. You will then receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to return. Please ensure you use a reliable, trackable delivery method as your return will not be processed until we receive the goods in acceptable condition.

If you would like to return your purchase because of sizes or simply change your mind, the return postage will be at your cost while we cover the second delivery cost if an exchange is requested.

If we sent you a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email to cover the return cost of the faulty item. We aim to have your return processed within 48hrs of receiving the item, however some faults must be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be approved. This process usually takes around 1-2weeks.

 

Warranty

Your AusBoots are covered by our Manufacturer’s Warranty for 3 months. This means we will provide a refund or replacement if your boots have a manufacturing defect or fault. This does not extend to problems/damage that arises from:

  • General wear and tear
  • Intentional or accidental damage to products
  • Using your sheepskin boots in a way that would deteriorate them rapidly eg exposure to water, walking in muddy areas or terrains that may permanently damage them
  • Loose wool or “fluff” (this may be present for the first few days but will subside within a few days of wear). This is common with newly made sheepskin products and does not represent a faulty or sub-quality pair of boots

Please note – as sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in colour and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variation in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products.  These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

 

Xmas Return Policy

Items purchased online received between 10 November and 25 December may be returned or exchanged until 25 January of the following year. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Returns & Exchanges Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased.  All purchases made after December 25 are subject to the standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.

 

Sale Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance sale items.

 

Changes/Cancellation of Orders

Please email changes to sales@ausboots.com.au quoting your order number and changes required immediately after noticing an error on your order. Whilst we make every attempt to assist our customers in changing or cancelling an order, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct at the time of purchase and we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation can be made if an order has already been processed for dispatch or already dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at any given time and for any reason, without the prior consent of the buyer, should we find this necessary.
